Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address details, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking advice. Please note, that whilst we will do our best to help you locate any missing parcels, we cannot provide a refund for parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect address provided.
If your package has been taken to a collection point, please arrange prompt collection to avoid the parcel being returned to us.
We do not offer refunds on returned packages, but can arrange redelivery at customers expense.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Whilst we take the uttermost care to correctly packaging your order for shipping, in cases of breakage during transit, replacement may be offered according to circumstances. Please ensure to contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged goods, along with a description of the damaged goods, photographic proof and your online order number.
