All candle orders are hand poured-to-order.
Items are shipped via Australia Post or Courier (both tracked) within 5-7 business days of your order being placed. As a small business, this allows time to custom pour, carefully package and ship your order. Transit time can range from 1 to 7 business days depending upon your location in Australia.
If you are after express shipping, please email email@example.com with what you would like to order, and we can arrange an individual quote for you.
Please ensure you have entered correct shipping address details, as we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking advice. Please note, that whilst we will do our best to help you locate any missing parcels, we cannot accept responsibility for these once they have left our workshop.
Our shipping rates are as below -
● $8 for small candle purchase
● $14 for multiple candle purchases
We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $150. Please use code “FREESHIP” at checkout.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
We really hope you love your purchase, but in the case that you change your mind, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges can be made to the same value, or for a store credit, upon the return of your goods (less any shipping charges).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to notify us of your reason for return, along with your online order number.
Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the item(s) being received.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, and in their original packaging, or may not be eligible for exchange or credit.
Please note -
Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items.
Return & replacement shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer.
We do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. Please contact the stockist directly to discuss their refund policy.
Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return, for it to be processed.
We do not offer refunds.
Whilst we take the uttermost care to correctly packaging your order for shipping, in cases of breakage during transit, replacement may be offered according to circumstances. Please ensure to contact us within 5 days of receiving damaged goods, along with a description of the damaged goods, photographic proof and your online order number.
